NUDE is a FLAMENCO work by UNM Dance MFA student Kayla Lyall that explores the loss and rediscovery of identity. Created by a New Mexican flamenco dancer, the piece draws from her personal journey navigating identity within the art form. Featuring a cast of five, NUDE examines themes of betrayal, death, solace, and strength offering a powerful reflection on community, transformation, and the tension between tradition and individuality.
