Shaandiin Tome
Shaandiin is a filmmaker based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Her breakout, award-winning short film Mud (Hashtł’ishnii) premiered at Sundance Film Festival in 2018. She returned to Sundance in January 2022, co-directing and premiering Long Line of Ladies, a short documentary. The film was recognized with the ‘Documentary Shorts Jury Award’ at SXSW.
Paris Premdas
Born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Paris is a compositor at Lucasfilm’s Industrial Light and a Magic (ILM) in San Francisco. He has worked on Star Wars Episode IX: The Rise of Skywalker, Loki, Thor: Love and Thunder, Obi-Wan, The Mandalorian, The Book of Boba Fett, and many others.

The Student and Colonel’s Daughter are locked in a vice-grip, their hands glued to each other’s heads, rotating around, dipping and swirling, as it appears some great force has overtaken both. How can something be violent and tender? The Daughter is fighting something within that is about to burst out, and the Student is helping her keep it at bay. Eventually, the unknown force wins.
