Jonathan Sims holds an MFA in Creative Writing from IAIA and in addition to screenwriting, specializes in promotional, educational, and corporate videography with clients including the Smithsonian Institution, Indian Pueblo Cultural Center, the State of New Mexico, PBS, and many more. He hails from Acoma Pueblo, where he previously served as Tribal Secretary, and was named Adjunct of the Year at UNM’s Valencia Campus for his courses in video production, editing, documentary, and sound recording. He joins Film and Digital Arts this semester teaching a course in Music Video Production.
